Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your look, but if a product isn't working for you, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
